Country specific enrichment
Additionally enrichment the converted mandates based on country specific requirements as applicable.
Search, view and printing of mandates
Allow authorized users to search, view and print the mandates in a secure manner ensuring that only the concerned departments are able to access the confidential client information.
Drill down to Direct Debits
Allow authorized users to drill down to all the successful and exceptions transactions processed against the mandate.
Amendments, cancellations and expiration
Allow authorized users to modify and cancel the mandates in a secure manner while maintaining complete audit trail and history of modifications and ensuring that only the concerned departments are able to access the confidential client information. Automatically update the mandate information based on transactions processed, including expiring the mandate after the last transaction or 36 months of inactivity.
Archiving and retrieval
Archive the inactive mandates along with all the history. Ability to restore archived information for retrieval.
